WANDE FIGHT'S FOR SICKLE CELL ANEMIA AWARENESS™

My name is Wande Soluade. I am a twenty nine year old female. I was born in 

Nigeria but live in the United States. I have sickle cell anemia (type~SS the most severe form of Sickle Cell) & have suffered from it since birth. I came to the U.S. with my family to receive better healthcare than what was provided me in Nigeria. 

I created this website to Educate & bring more Awareness to many. Wande Fights for Sickle Cell Anemia is meant to be a community. Come here & share your life/struggle of living with this disease! This website is not solely a haven for Sickle Cell sufferers. Family & friends of those with this disease can also come here to  share how hard it must be to see a loved one go through such agony. At times we can forget that Sickle Cell Anemia does not only affect the carrier but those around them.

I hope that as a community/family we can come together & freely share, vent, encourage, spur, & be a support for one another!
