Contact your provider to see if they have something implemented to assist you with your loans since you have a disability. If your disability keeps you from working and being able to provide for yourself they should be able to aide in either completely disbanding your loans or providing a discounted rate.

I personally did so and was able to gain allot of assistance.

Just try, you never know.
